Purchased a 2024 Indian Sport Chief this week. The process went smooth even with the trade-in negotiations. To my surprise, I was able to get an offer that met my specific requirements. Overall I'm happy with the process, I look forward to working with the guys and gals on the Indian motorcycle side in the future!

I drove from Indiana to get a good deal on a demo BMW. I was pleasantly surprised that everything was as we had agreed on the phone. Generally I was treated well, but (as expected), there was a pretty hard sell on the upgraded warranty products. Also there was a slight upcharge beyond what I had been told, because they use a 3rd party service to do out-of-state title and registration. BE FOREWARNED - if you are buying from out of state, no one will contact you or provide you any instructions as to what needs to happen. You will have to call Vern Eide to get a copy of the letter provided them by the 3rd Party Title and Registration company - and then you will have to call the 3rd Party Title and Registration company to get things moving. After several weeks that's what I did - and they claimed they were waiting on me! With all that said, I have had worse experiences, and loving the bike and looking forward to now getting the title and registration on track. UPDATE: Love the 3rd Party Title and Registration company. Wish local dealers used them, never stepped foot in the BMV, got plate and registration and title application by mail.

Rick is the bomb, he was no nonsense and super friendly, and very easy to deal with. I put a deposit on the bike and basically bought it unseen, drove from Fort Pierre to pick it up and couldn’t be happier. He took the time to walk me around it, meet the service team, perfect buying experience! Five stars all day long!

Stopped in as we work our way across country from Ohio. I lost a bolt for my wind shield on my Road Master. They did not have any in stock. One fella, Raoul I think, said you are family I will make this happen. HE DID! Great atmosphere. Everyone was trying to help...thanks guys!
